Note: Undergraduates are not permitted to
hire equipment during the summer break

**FAULT REPORTING: If you have any problems or breakages whilst filming**
please either email below or click on the item in 'my bookings' and select faulty.
**BOOKINGS: MUST be made at least 48 hours prior to collection.**
**MEMORY CARD PROCEDURE: You Must allow yourself time to upload your footage
and return the card with the camera otherwise a FINE may be imposed**
**LATE OR NONE RETURN OF EQUIPMENT: We have a ZERO tolerance policy on
late and unreturned equipment. Please be mindful that if you do not
return equipment on time then other bookings can be affected therefore we have a
FINE SYSTEM in place which will be implemented appropriately. If you are running behind or have
a genuine excuse please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know so that we can assure things
run smoothly and we can offer the best experience for all students.
**RETURN POLICY: ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED AT THE SCHEDULED TIME UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE WITH A MEMBER OF STAFF. YOU SHOULD ALLOW YOURSELF TIME TO WAIT WHILST YOUR EQUIPMENT IS BEING CHECKED OVER.
